Strawberries mini Cakes Recipe

It's strawberry season and we use them to make wonderful, cool desserts like this wonderful strawberry paste!
Ingredients:

Dough:
125 gr sugar
5 eggs
155 gr flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 vanillin packets

Syrup:
120 gr sugar
120 gr water

Cream:
1 sachet of vanilla pudding
600 gr cold milk
300 gr whipped cream
500 gr strawberries

Preparation:
Dough: Beat the yolks with the sugar, then add the flour, yeast and vanillin. Pour the mixture into a 20x25cm mold and bake at 340°F (170°) for 25-30 minutes.

Cream: mix pudding and milk for 5 minutes, then add the whipped cream.

Syrup: melt the sugar in the water and use the mixture to wet the cake.

Alternate the various layers and refrigerate for 2 hours.
