220 gr of dry biscuits
100 gr of butter
Cream:
250 gr of vegetable cream
200 gr of fresh spreadable cheese
80 gr of icing sugar
60 gr of lemon juice
Lemon jelly:
100 gr of lemon juice
200 gr of boiled water with organic lemon zest
80 gr of granulated sugar
25 gr of corn starch
300 gr of fresh strawberries
Lemon slices to taste
Directions:
Base: pour the melted butter into the blended biscuits and mash everything in the mold. Then leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cream: whip the cream and add the lemon juice, then mix the cheese with the icing sugar, add the two compounds and assemble the cheesecake. Put in the fridge.
Gelée: in a saucepan put sugar, starch and mix. Then add the lemon juice and water. Bring on the fire and thicken. let cool and pour on the cheesecake. Put in the fridge again for 6 hours.
