Today I am making an easy recipe for a popular street food trend. This
cream cheese garlic bread is so good and easy to make at home. The cream
cheese and the buttery garlic bread pair well for a treat.

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
125 ml warm milk
56 gr melted butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
175 gr cream cheese
Garlic emulsion:
1 egg
150 gr butter
3 tablespoons cream for cooking or milk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 spoons parsley
2 tbsp honey
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions:
Dough:
In a bowl, insert and mix flour, warm milk, butter, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for an hour.
Then divide the dough into 6 or 8 portions and form balls, cover them for 30 minutes.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
Emulsion: put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Fill the sandwiches with the cheese and dip them in the emulsion.
Bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 20 minutes.
