If you are trying to eat healthy and looking for something new try to
add tasty fresh berries to salads! The result is incredible, especially
with this recipe that doesn't require mayonnaise, for once!

Ingredients :
1 ½ pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 ½ pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 apple, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the yogurt dressing :
1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Preparation :
1. In a large bowl, place the broccoli, blueberries, red onion, cranberries and sunflower seeds.
2. In a small bowl, mix the apple with 1 tablespoon lemon juice then you can add it to the large bowl with the rest of the salad.
3. In another small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the yogurt dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. (you can put as little or as much as you like!)
The salad can be served immediately or refrigerated for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
