Why choose between a waffle, a cookie, and a brownie, when you can have
the best of all three? This recipe is great for kids who aren’t quite
ready to cook using the stovetop or oven. Try it with different baking
mixes and cookie combos to create your ultimate dessert.

1 (18.4-oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
3 large eggs
Cooking spray
1 (16-oz.) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup
Caramel syrup
How to Make It :
Step 1
Preheat waffle iron to medium-low. Whisk together brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until well blended.
Step 2
Coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup brownie batter into each quadrant of waffle iron; crumble 1 to 2 tablespoons cookie dough over surface of brownie batter. Close waffle iron and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Using oven mits, carefully invert hot brownies onto a cutting board. Repeat with remaining brownie batter and cookie dough. Serve warm topped with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup and caramel syrup.
