Ingredients:
1000 ml liquid white milk
200 gram granulated sugar
4 Grains chicken egg yolks
15 grams cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
How to make:
1. Stir in liquid milk and sugar, cook using medium flame while continuing to stir until boiling.
2. Dissolve cornstarch using a tablespoon of liquid milk that has been heated.
3. Then, blend into the stew of milk and stir until blended.
4. Add vanilla powder and stir again until blended.
5. If it is well blended, turn off the flame, then strain the milk using a filter cloth.
6. After that, add the egg yolks that have been whipped slowly, little by little, while stirring until well blended.
7. Let stand more or less for 10 minutes or until a bit cooler, then insert into the freezer.
