1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Milk Powder 50 gr
5 Grains Chicken Egg
200 ml full cream milk
1 tablespoon cake emulsifier
Purple Potato 100 gr (steamed puree)
Granulated sugar 200 gr
How to make a purple yam cake:
1. Shake the egg, sugar, and emulsifier cake until fluffy
2. Add wheat flour and baking soda alternately while stirring well
3. Also include milk powder and full cream milk and enter the purple Yam
4. Stir continuously until all ingredients are evenly blended
5. Pour into baking pan with margaraine and bake for 30 minutes
6. Raise then ready purple yam cake is prepared
