Spicy salted egg onion flavor is tasty and easy

Salted egg is a common term for egg-based dishes that are preserved in a marinated manner. Most eggs marinated are duck eggs, although they do not close the possibilities for the other eggs.
Materials – Ingredients:

10 Egg Duck or chicken (clean wash)
5 cloves garlic (geprek)
10 Red cayenne pepper (e.g. coarse or sliced to taste)
The water is in room temperature (taste. Enough for 10 perfectly flooded ears)
Salt smooth or coarse 250gram

How to make:

1. Dissolve the salt in boiled water. Garlic and chilli (who want to be discredited yes for this material).

2. Insert the egg. Close perfectly. Save for 2 weeks.

3. After 2 weeks, wash clean again the egg that has been soaked.

4. Boil approximately 30min.

5. Lift, chill and serve.
