So many kinds of culinary exist, so it makes us not able to mention
everything in one day. Especially if we want to taste the taste. From
street food to heavy food. Siomay is one of the popular foods and is
also favored by all walks of life. Like meatballs.

Ingredients:
100 gr sago Flour
300 gr of finely-diged fish
1 BKS Flavor Flavoring
1 tbsp salt
2 pieces of green onion that has been diiris-iris
50 ml ice water
100 Gr peanut that has been roasted
1 tbsp granulated sugar
7 Pieces of cayenne pepper
500 ml clean water
How to make:
1. The first time that must be done to make a siomay is mixing the Tengiri fish, sago flour, scallion, salt (half a tablespoon only), flavoring and ice water, kneading all the ingredients until blended.
2. Once the ingredients are well blended, create a siomay circle from the dough, and then insert it into the previously heated steamer. Wait until cooked.
3. While waiting for the ripe siomay from steamer, you can make the glass sauce, the way is very easy, you stay uleg beans that have been roasted, cayenne pepper, salt (the rest of the salt used in the dough) and clean water to taste, uleg until Smooth and thickened.
4. If the siomay steamer is ripe and the peanut sauce is ready, you just have to serve it while preparing to welcome the routine work in the next day.
