I love finding new ways to cook dinner rolls, so when I saw this recipe
for Dinner Rolls stuffed with chicken and cheese, wow! I knew I had to
try it.

Ingredients:
250 gr flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
125 ml hot milk
1 egg
3 spoons of butter

Stuffed:
Oil
1 onion
1 carrot
Celery
150 gr ground chicken
1 teaspoon of flour
1 glass of milk
Spices to taste
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese
Preparation:
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Then add the egg, butter and salt.
Mix everything, form a loaf and let it rise for 60-90 minutes.
In a pan fry the onion, celery and carrot. Then add the spices, salt, pepper and mix. Finally add flour, milk and let it thicken.
Then form the sandwiches, stuff them also adding the cheese and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Brush with a beaten egg and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25-30 minutes.
