Meatballs are generally made from a mixture of beef milled and tapioca
flour, but there are also meatballs made from chicken, fish, or shrimp
even buffalo meat. In the presentation, meatballs are generally served
hot with a clear cow broth

INGREDIENTS Elastic cow meatballs:
1/2 kg beef, ground
50 g kanji flour
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 4 clove, puree
Ice cubes 40 g, destroy
1 Grain eggs
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water 2 liters
Ingredients of chewy cow meatballs:
200 g beef bones
3 Liters of water
5 cloves shallots, fry and puree
7 cloves garlic, fry and puree
2 tsp instant beef broth
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 green onion sticks, take the white part, slice.
How to make the bulb of chewy cow meatballs:
1. Put the beef that has been grinded into the container. Then mix the starch, salt and garlic, egg, powdered pepper that has been mashed. Mix or can knead by hand or can use the tool until all is perfectly blended.
2. If the dough is still soggy and difficult to be formed, then added ice cubes slowly until the taste of dough can be formed.
3. Boil the water in a pot until boiling.
4. Take the meat dough then round shape with both hands or with one hand pressed until the dough comes out through the index finger as well as the thumb.
5. Put the dough that has been formed into hot water.
6. Continue until all the dough is exhausted.
7. When the bulb has been floated then the bulb is ripe and can be removed.
