Moist, fluffy and delicious this Whoopie Pie Cake is a amped up version
of the classic treat that EVERYONE loves! Super easy and tasty, you
won’t put your fork down.
INGREDIENTS :
Ingredients for paste:
1 tbsp of softened butter
1 tbsp of cocoa
Biscuit Ingredients:
340 gr butter
5 eggs
250 grams of flour
155 gr of cocoa
30 gr buttermilk powder
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tbsp of soda
300 grams of brown sugar
½ tbsp instant coffee
1 tbs of vanilla sugar
230 ml of water
Marshmallow filling:
480 gr marshmallow cream
170 gr butter
180 grams of powdered sugar
1 and ½ vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze:
100 ml of sweet cream
100 gr of chocolate
METHOD :
Prepare a paste to coat a 25 cm round mold. Combine the melted butter and how then coat the mold and set aside.

METHOD :
Prepare a paste to coat a 25 cm round mold. Combine the melted butter and how then coat the mold and set aside.
Prepare a biscuit. Combine flour, cocoa, buttermilk powder, baking powder, salt, baking soda and set aside.
Then whisk together butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, coffee and
eggs. Add half of the previously prepared mixture and half of the
required amount of water and stir, then add the other half of the
mixture and the rest of the water and mix everything.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
Prepare Marshmallow filling with Marshmallow cream, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
When the biscuit has baked, let it cool completely, then turn the
mold over. Cut the biscuit into two pieces. Apply Marshmallow filling
with a dressing bag. Leave the Whoopie cake in the fridge while
preparing the frosting. Heat the sweet cream, melt the chocolates, pour
into the dresser bag and pour over the surface of the Whoopie cake.
