This chocolate biscuit cake can be made ahead and stored in a freezer. You could slice it, wrap it individually and keep in a zip-lock bag. E very time you crave a slice you simply take it out from the freezer and wait a while until it is defrosted.
INGREDIENTS :
200ml milk
220g biscuits
200g dark chocolate
200g hazelnuts
METHOD :
1. Break the biscuits and throw them in a large bowl.
2. Add the hazelnuts and melt the chocolate.
3. Pour melted chocolate over crushed biscuits and stir until all the pieces are well covered with chocolate.
4. Add the milk.
5. Fill the tin with biscuit mixture and press down hard using the back of a spoon.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
