Ingredients:
230 gr dry biscuits
230 gr dry biscuits
100 gr of acacia honey
For the cream:
500 gr of already sweetened vegetable cream
300 grams of fresh cheese spread
50/60 gr of icing sugar (of your choice)
100 gr of extra dark chocolate
100 gr of white chocolate
For coverage:
100 gr of extra dark chocolate
50 gr of white chocolate
2 teaspoons corn oil
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with honey. Then mash on the sound of the mold and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cream: whip the cream and add the spreadable cheese.
Then divide the cream in half and mix one portion with the dark chocolate and another with the white chocolate. Spread the two creams over the base and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Melt the two chocolates with oil to decorate the cheesecake.
Leave it in the fridge for 6 hours and serve it.
