These dinner rolls are very very fluffy, soft and chewy.If you follow the recipe you will not be disappointed.
Ingredients:
125 ml water + 2 tablespoons of flour
250 gr flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
125 ml water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
3 tbsp butter
250 gr mozzarella
Salt, pepper, parsley
1 egg and parsley for garnish
Preparation:
In a pan cook the water with the two spoons of flour.
Then mix flour, the freshly prepared mixture, salt, sugar and water.
Then add the dry yeast and mix.
Finally add the butter and form a homogeneous dough.
Leave to rise for an hour, then divide it into 16 parts.
Form the sandwiches by stuffing them and let them rest for 30 to 60 minutes.
Then brush a beaten egg with parsley and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25-30 minutes.
