Apple sponge cake: beautiful and delicious dessert

A moist and easy apple cake recipe made from a classic butter cake base, layered with apple slices and topped with flaked almonds.
A pretty cake made with fresh apples. Perfect to serve with ice cream, custard, cream etc. Easy to make - no tricky instructions, so you can even let the little ones have a go or help out!

All fruit recipes especially apples are moist and tender; and smell fantastic while baking. This cake is sweet and delicious. So impress your family and friends with this tasty morsel.I hope you enjoy this recipe

Ingredients:
3 apples
3 eggs
160g of sugar
cinnamon
250g of 00 flour
50g of potato starch
50g of oil
50g of water
1 sachet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon for the surface

Directions:
In a bowl break the eggs and add sugar, cinnamon, oil and water.

Mix and add starch, flour and yeast.

Cut part of the apples into the dough and pour it into a floured mold.

Cover with other apples, sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
