Recipe and how to make a delicious and soft baked sponge cake

Sponge cake is a cake made from three main ingredients namely flour, sugar, and eggs. This cake is found in various occasions because it is easy to serve as another type of cake or mixed with other ingredients.
Making sponge cakes can be in two ways namely by baked or steamed. Both have distinctive flavours and textures. In addition, the additives used in baked cake recipes and steamed cakes are also slightly different.

Baked Sponge Ingredients :
100 grams of wheat flour
5 Chicken Eggs
125 grams of sugar or to taste
1/2 teaspoons vanilla powder
1 tablespoon of emulsifier cake like SP or TBM
50 grams of margarine are thawed
1/4 teaspoons baking powder

Steps to make a baked sponge cake :
1. Combine eggs, granulated sugar, and emulsifier. Stir using a mixer at high speed until thick and fluffy.
2. Next reduce the speed of the mixer at medium speed while entering vanilla powder, baking powder, and wheat flour slowly. Then stir until evenly.
3. While still being stirring insert margarine that have been melted and stir again until evenly.
4. After that turn off the mixer and prepare a baking pan with a diameter of approximately 25 cm with a smear butter. Then enter the dough that was done earlier.
5. Insert the pan containing the dough into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until the color is ripe brownish.
6. Bolu that is ripe ready to be served. Cut-cut the cake to the size you want and serve it on the plate.
