How to make soft chocolate ice cream

Ice cream is one of the most widely liked foods by all circles. With a wide variety of flavors, ice cream has many fans.
Food that is liked by children and adults is widely available in minimarket or Warung. Ice cream is perfect to enjoy during the day when the weather is hot. But it does not hurt if the ice cream is eaten at night.

All the ingredients used to make ice cream are very simple and easy to obtain. Here's how to make ice cream at home, fresh, and not hard.

Ingredients:
1/4 kg white sugar
500 ml milk
3 eggs Chicken
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Salt and vanilla to taste

How to make:
1. Separate between yellow and egg whites. Take the egg yolks, then mix the egg yolks with sugar, then stir with the mixer until gently.

2. After that, the egg whites are mixed with vanilla and salt to taste, stirring again until well blended and smooth.

3. Combine dough 1 with dough 2. Cook until boiling while churning constantly.

4. Dissolve the chocolate with milk, then put into the dough that has been boiling. Stir steadily until it completely thickens, then lift and chill.
