No Butter Super Soft Sugar Cookies

Did you know you can prepare delicious sugar cookies without butter? You can prepare perfect sugar cookies using oil instead of butter.
Butter is an ingredient that is often used to make soft and crumbly biscuits but you can also prepare Butter-less Sugar Cookies to make them lighter or if you have discovered that you have no butter in the pantry.
If you can't get to the supermarket but want to prepare delicious biscuits, don't be discouraged because there are many butter substitutes that work the same way and that you certainly have at home.

When you replace butter with oil, you need to calculate 20% less than the weight of the butter to have the right amount of oil to use.

Ingredients :
Vegetable Oil 6 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 cup
Egg 1 • 130 kcal
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Flour ½ cup
Baking powder 0.5 tsp • 156 kcal
Salt 1 pinch • 1 kcal

How to bake sugar cookies without butter :

Preheat the oven to 170 °.

In a bowl, mix the oil with the sugar, add an egg previously beaten with the vanilla extract.

Prepare the flour, baking powder, salt, and add this preparation to the liquid mixture until it is just incorporated.

Using a small spoon, place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12 minutes.

Tips :

Do not overcook the biscuits because they must brown and not darken.

The biscuits will keep in an airtight container for 15 days.
