This dessert is so pretty and easy to make, it's a great idea to try with kids too!

INGREDIENTS :
- 400-450 grams of cookies (white and chocolate)
- 400ml milk (2 glasses)
- 40g sugar
- 2 egg yolks

- 50g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- vanilla
- 80g chocolate chips
- 200ml cream to whip
- 20 g chocolate chips
- 70 ml cream to whip
- pistacho grains
METHOD :
In a pot on low heat mix togethes milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstrach. Stir all the time until it becomes thick.
Add in butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Pour the cream to whip to the mixture and beat well. Pour the mixter onto the cookies from one side.
Place plastic wrap into the pan and then add cookies one by one. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Mix chocolate chips with warm cream to whip.
Add whiped cream all over the cake, then pour chocolate mixter onto it. And sprinkle with pistacho grains.
