Mascarpone cheesecake: a no bake dessert to try!

The mascarpone and chocolate cheesecake is a delicious and fast-paced cake to prepare, ideal to serve as a dessert to amaze your guests.
Making it is really simple: you just have to prepare a crunchy base with chopped dry biscuits and butter, an exquisite stuffed with mascarpone, cream and sugar, enriched with melted chocolate.

INGREDIENTS :
200g biscuits
100g butter, melted
200g chocolate
40g butter
30ml rum
30g cocoa
350g mascarpone cheese
100g sugar
400ml whipped cream
80ml chocolate syrup

How to make mascarpone cheesecake and chocolate :

Put the dry biscuits in the mixer and blend until they are reduced to a powder. Add the melted butter and continue to blend. Spread the biscuit and butter base inside a round mould 24 cm in diameter, pressing everything well.

Melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie, then add the rum and cocoa powder, stir and set aside. In another bowl put the mascarpone, sugar and liquid cream and whisk with the electric whisks.

Also add the previously prepared chocolate and mix with downwards. Pour the stuffing over the chopped biscuits and refrigerate for 4 hours. Spent the time required decorated with chocolate syrup. Your mascarpone and chocolate cheesecake is ready to be served.
